Your data stays on your iPhone. Always.

HabitForce is built with a strict zero-collection philosophy. All your habits, streaks, health data, and personal records are stored exclusively on your own device. No servers, no accounts, no tracking — ever.

No data collected No internet required No third-party sharing No account needed 100% on-device storage No community features

Everything lives on your iPhone

HabitForce has no backend, no cloud, and no user database. Your habits, XP, badges, calendar reminders, and health data are stored only in your device's local storage and Apple frameworks (HealthKit, EventKit). Deleting the app permanently removes all data.

Information We Collect

We collect nothing. HabitForce does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers or databases.

All data you enter or generate within the app — including habit names, completion records, streaks, XP points, badges, and reminders — is stored exclusively on your iPhone using Apple's standard on-device storage APIs.

HabitForce has no user accounts, no registration process, and no login. There is no way to identify you as an individual user because we never receive any data from you.
Apple HealthKit (Health & Fitness Data)

Premium users may grant HabitForce permission to read certain health metrics from Apple HealthKit — such as step counts and sleep duration — to automatically verify habit completion.

  • Health data is read locally from HealthKit on your device only.
  • Health data is never uploaded, transmitted, or shared with anyone.
  • Health data is never stored permanently by the app — it is only read at the moment of habit verification.
  • You can revoke HealthKit access at any time via Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → HabitForce.
HabitForce does not use HealthKit data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose other than verifying your habits locally on your device.
Calendar & Reminders (Premium)

Premium users may optionally allow HabitForce to create reminders in Apple's Calendar or Reminders app. This feature uses Apple's EventKit framework and operates entirely on-device.

  • Calendar and reminder data is created locally on your device only.
  • HabitForce does not read your existing calendar events or reminders.
  • No calendar or reminder data is ever transmitted outside your device.
  • You can revoke this permission at any time via Settings → Privacy & Security → Calendars or Reminders → HabitForce.
No Third-Party Sharing or Community Features

HabitForce does not share any data with third parties. There are no advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or data brokers integrated into the app.

HabitForce has no social or community features. There is no way to share your habits, progress, or data with other HabitForce users through the app. The app has no network connectivity for user data purposes.

If you choose to share your data outside the app — for example, by exporting it manually or using iOS Share Sheet — that action is governed by your iPhone's standard iOS privacy controls and is entirely your own decision.
In-App Purchases & Payments

HabitForce Premium is available as an in-app purchase through Apple's App Store. All payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple — HabitForce never receives, processes, or stores your payment information.

Apple's privacy policy governs all financial transactions. HabitForce only receives a confirmation of whether a valid active subscription exists — no payment details, card numbers, or billing information are ever accessible to us.

Children's Privacy

Because HabitForce collects no personal data whatsoever, it is safe for users of all ages. The app does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.

Your Rights & Data Control

Since all data is stored only on your device, you have complete and exclusive control over it at all times:

  • Delete all data: Uninstalling HabitForce permanently deletes all app data from your device.
  • Revoke health access: Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → HabitForce.
  • Revoke calendar access: Settings → Privacy & Security → Calendars → HabitForce.
  • Reset in-app data: Available through the app's Settings screen.

There is no data to request from us because we hold none. All your data is already entirely in your possession.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of HabitForce after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Because we collect no data, policy changes can only ever make your privacy stronger or clarify existing practices — never weaker.
