Overview
CloudCostMonitor ("the App") is developed and maintained by Juan Manuel Moreno Carballo. This policy explains what data the App accesses, how it is used, and what is never collected or stored.
Data we do not collect
CloudCostMonitor does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. Specifically:
- No account registration is required
- No analytics or tracking SDKs are included
- No usage data is sent to our servers
- No advertising identifiers are accessed
- No data is sold or shared with third parties
Azure credentials
The App connects to your Microsoft Azure subscription using credentials you provide (Tenant ID, Client ID, Client Secret). These credentials are stored exclusively on your device using the iOS Keychain and are never transmitted to any server other than Microsoft Azure's own APIs.
Cloud data
Cost, inventory, and infrastructure data retrieved from Azure is displayed within the App and is never stored on external servers or shared with any third party. All communication with Azure APIs occurs directly between your device and Microsoft's infrastructure over HTTPS.
Push notifications
If you enable cost alerts, the App uses Apple Push Notification service (APNs) via Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver notifications to your device. No personal data is included in notification payloads beyond the cost threshold values you configure.
In-App Purchase
Premium unlock is processed entirely through Apple's App Store. CloudCostMonitor does not process, store, or have access to any payment information.
Children's privacy
CloudCostMonitor is designed for professional use and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be published at this URL with a revised date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
